What do you need to quote a custom pallet?
Overall dimensions, the weight of the load, how it will be handled (forklift, pallet jack, racking, conveyor), annual quantity, and a drawing or photo of the current pallet if you have one.
Can you copy a pallet we already use?
Yes. Send us one or a few photos with measurements, or drop a sample at our yard, and we'll build to match.
Do you build wooden crates and skids?
Yes. We build crates, skids and boxes sized around your product, with plywood or OSB panels and lumber framing.
Is there a minimum order for custom pallets?
Custom work is priced on quantity. Call us with your volume and we'll tell you what makes sense.
